Refund policy

  • General Conditions and Right of Withdrawal

    • Withdrawal period: The customer will have a period of 15 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal. This period may be extended (never reduced) during high-volume periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, always with prior notice from LATCH through its official channels, social networks, or website.

    • Product condition: For the request to be accepted, the products must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and with all their original tags and packaging.

    • Personalized products: No exchanges, returns, or withdrawals are allowed for personalized products.

    • Post-exchange policy: LATCH does not accept a return after a previous exchange has been made; only successive exchanges at the Customer's expense will be accepted.

    • Delivery incidents: In the event of the impossibility of delivering the package to the customer's home due to causes attributable to them, the customer must bear the cost of the new shipment without the possibility of withdrawal.

    • Price differences in exchanges: In the event that there is a price difference between the product you wish to exchange and the new product:

      • The customer must pay the difference to LATCH using the methods indicated by our team if the new product is of greater value.

      • The difference will be refunded if the price of the new product is lower.

      • In both cases, the marked seasonal price of the product will be used as a reference.

    • Defective, wrong, or damaged product: LATCH will bear all shipping and collection costs.

    How to request an exchange or return? To make any exchange or return (including cases of manifest defect), the customer must request it through the following LINK.     RATES BY COUNTRY:

    • Europe Zone 1 (France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Netherlands, and Denmark)

      • Exchange: 7.90€

      • Return: 11.90€

      • Cost per extra unit: +1.90€

    • Europe Zone 2 (Sweden)

      • Exchange: 11.90€

      • Return: 14.90€

      • Cost per extra unit: +2.90€

    Note on the "extra unit": The base rates indicated cover the management of the first item. If your request includes more than one product in the same package, the "Cost per extra unit" amount will be added for each additional item.

    Shipping

    • Rest of Europe: Shipments outside the Iberian Peninsula have shipping times of between 4-5 business days with the Standard rate and 24/48 business hours in the Express shipping mode. These times may be affected and slightly extended during periods of high volume or restrictions. Orders destined for Continental Europe (Example: France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, etc...) will have free shipping for purchases over 40€. For purchases under 40€.

    In all cases, the contracted service only covers the costs of the first shipment. For orders under 35.00€, exchanges or returns must be borne by the customer, who must pay 10€ to LATCH for management. Successive shipments due to incidents caused by the Customer will be borne by the Customer, who must pay 10€ to LATCH for the management of the new shipment.

    Delivery incidents or package rejections In the event that the package is returned to origin due to causes not attributable to LATCH such as package rejection, successive failed delivery attempts, or having provided an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer must pay LATCH the cost of the package rejection as well as the new shipment, that is:
