Shipping

All our shipments are made through SEUR, a leading company in urgent goods transport. Delivery times for orders in the Peninsula usually vary between 24 and 48 working hours. This time may be affected during periods of special volume or restrictions, such as Christmas, Black Friday or others.

The standard shipping cost is 2.50 euros for shipments to destinations in Spain (peninsula) and from 35 euros of purchase. The cost of shipments will be 3,50 ? for orders under 35 ?. Express delivery will also be free for all orders over 40 ?.

These rates may be affected by special promotions announced through official LATCH or web channels.

Other regions:

Balearic Islands: Orders to the Balearic Islands will have a fixed shipping cost of 4.50 ?. This price may be affected by special promotions announced through official LATCH or web channels.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: orders with destination to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will have a fixed shipping cost of 6.90 ?. This price may be affected by special promotions announced through official LATCH channels or web.

Portugal: orders with destination to Portugal (peninsula) will have a fixed shipping cost of 3.40 ?. This price may be affected by special promotions announced through official LATCH or web channels.

France: orders destined for France (mainland) will have a fixed delivery cost of 12 ?. This price may be affected by special promotions announced through official LATCH or web channels.

Italy: orders with destination in Italy (peninsula) will have a fixed shipping cost of 14 ?. This price may be affected by special promotions announced through official LATCH or web channels.

Changes and returns (peninsula and Portugal)

The customer will have a period of 15 calendar days to make use of his or her right of withdrawal. This period may be extended (never reduced) at times of special volume such as Christmas, always with prior notice from LATCH through its official channels, networks or website.

To proceed with changes or returns (including cases of manifest defect), the client must request it on the following LINK. Once the form has been completed, the LATCH team will contact the client to indicate the next steps to be taken.

LATCH accepts both changes and returns. With the exception of special promotions, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the client, who must send us the product in perfect condition and with all the elements contained in the package at its origin. To do this, it will be possible to choose to be the customer himself who makes the management of the return, or on the contrary, ask LATCH to take charge. In the latter case, the cost of the service will be 4.90 euros , which will be deducted later from the refund of the price paid.

The same conditions apply to the refund as for the exchanges. In this case, as there are two deliveries, the one to collect the unwanted product and the one to send the new one, the customer will pay the return costs as stated in the previous paragraph and LATCH will assume the costs of the new delivery. This process can only be carried out once. Successive changes will be 100% at the customer's expense, and the customer will have to pay the aforementioned amount, 4.90 ? for each shipment made.

Once the returned product is received or to be exchanged, LATCH will proceed with the refund or delivery of the new product within 48/72h. These times may be altered during peak periods such as Christmas or Black Friday.

In the event of a defective, incorrect or damaged product, LATCH will pay all shipping and collection costs.

* In other regions, no changes are allowed, only returns under the conditions described and always at the customer's expense. If you wish a new product, the quickest way is to buy a new one and proceed with the return of the previous order.
