Refund policy

  • Shippings
    • Spain (mainland) and Portugal:

All our deliveries are made by SEUR, a leading company in the express transport of goods. Delivery times for orders on the Peninsula usually vary between 24 and 48 hours on working days. These times may be affected and slightly extended at times of special volume or restrictions, such as Christmas, Black Friday or others.The price of shipments in the Peninsula are free from 30€ of purchase. This rate may be affected by special promotions and/or others.

    • Rest of Europe

Shipments outside the Iberian Peninsula have delivery times of between 4-5 days with the Standard rate and 24 and 48 hours in the Express mode.
These times may be affected and slightly extended at times of special volume or restrictions, such as Christmas, Black Friday or others. Orders to Continental Europe (France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands) will have a free shipping cost from 40€ of purchase. For purchases under 40€, the shipping cost will be 3,50€.

    • Other regions:
      • Balearic Islands: Orders to the Balearic Islands will have a fixed shipping cost of 4,50€. If the amount of the order is more than 40€ the shipping cost will be free. This price may be affected by special promotions announced through LATCH official channels or website.

In all cases, the contracted service only covers the cost of the first shipment. In orders of less than 30 €, exchanges or returns shall be borne by the customer, having to pay 5 € to LATCH for the management. Subsequent shipments due to incidents for reasons attributable to the customer, shall be borne by the same, having to pay 5 € to LATCH for the management of the new shipment.

  • Returns and exchanges (Spain and Portugal (Mainland))

The customer will have a period of 15 calendar days to make use of their right of withdrawal. This period may be extended (never reduced) in times of special volume such as Christmas, Black Friday, always with prior notice from LATCH through its official channels, networks or website.
Exchanges, returns or cancellations of personalised products are not permitted.

In the event that there is a price difference between the product to be exchanged and the new product is of a higher price, the customer must pay the difference to LATCH by the methods indicated by our team. For this purpose, the marked price of the product in season will be used as a reference.

If the price is lower, we will reimburse the difference in the same form of payment
in the same form of payment that was used when placing the order.
To make any exchange or refund (including cases of obvious defect), the customer must request it in the following LINK. Once the form has been completed, the LATCH team will contact the customer to indicate the next steps to be taken.

  • Spain (mainland) and Portugal:

    LATCH accepts both exchanges and returns. Except in promotional periods (sales), the costs of the first exchange/return shall be borne by LATCH. The customer must return the product to us in perfect condition and with all the elements originally contained in the package.
    LATCH will provide the customer with the procedure for collecting the package. Subsequent exchanges are 100% for the account of the customer, who must bear the cost of €8 for the new collection and redelivery. In any case, it will always be LATCH who will manage the procedure. In case of failure to do so, LATCH is not responsible for any loss or damage to the goods. 

    In sales periods, the shipping costs for exchanges or returns are at the Customer's expense. The cost of the service is €8. Again, LATCH will be responsible for managing both the collection of the product and the shipment of the new product.
    Once the product has been received, LATCH will proceed with the refund or delivery of the new product within a period of up to 15 working days. These deadlines may be altered in times of higher volume such as Christmas or Black Friday.
    In the event of a defective, faulty or damaged product, LATCH will bear all shipping and collection costs.

    • Rest of Europe:

    LATCH accepts both exchanges and returns. The costs of exchanges and / or returns are always borne by the customer. In any case, the customer must return the product to us in perfect condition and with all the elements contained in the original package.

    LATCH will provide the customer with the procedure for collecting the package. The cost of the service is 15€. LATCH is not responsible for any loss or damage to the goods in case of choosing an alternative shipping method.

    Once the product has been received, LATCH will proceed to refund or deliver the new product within 15 working days. These deadlines may be altered in times of higher volume such as Christmas or Black Friday.

    In case of defective, wrong or damaged product, LATCH will bear all shipping and collection costs.

    • Delivery incidents or package refusals:

    In the event that the package is returned to origin for reasons not attributable to LATCH such as refusal of the package, successive failed delivery attempts or for having provided an incomplete or erroneous address, the customer shall pay LATCH the cost of the package refusal as well as the cost of the new shipment, i.e

    Spain and Portugal: 10€.

    Rest of continental Europe: 25€.
