¡It's easy! You have three ways:
Using the Naizfit tool: each product has a section called "What is my size?", where you can enter your height, weight and age and I will recommend your ideal size.
Using our size guide:: the tables show the equivalence between your trouser size and the corresponding belt size.
And if you already have a belt, measure it by measuring from the buckle (included) to the hole in the middle, the centimetres you get will correspond to your size.
